A private suite for your cars
Every suite sits behind its own overhead door, so nobody else is moving cars around yours. Suites range up to about 3,400 square feet, including a drive-through layout for larger collections.
- 18-foot ceilings and 14x14 overhead doors on most suites
- 200-amp electrical service with an individual meter
- Insulated, soundproofed construction with insulated aluminum windows
- Power and water, with plumbing available for build-outs
Make it yours
Some owners set their suite up as a quiet gallery for the collection. Others add a lounge, or keep it simple as a place to spend Saturday mornings with the cars. Available upgrades include climate control on select suites, mezzanines, car lifts, epoxy floors, bathrooms and kitchenettes.

The two-story clubhouse is open year-round to everyone at The Lux, with lounges, a kitchenette and a conference room. The property is gated with RFID entry, and security by Bantam Technologies includes AI-enabled cameras with license plate recognition throughout.
