HOA assessments are calculated at $1.70 per square foot and are used to support the operation of the facility, including the items outlined below.



• Office Expenses: Internet, AppFolio subscription, cleaning and janitorial services, professional and management fees, office supplies, banking fees, and other general administrative costs.



• Common Area Maintenance: Elevator and fire system maintenance, landscaping, pest control, and snow removal for the common areas.

• Utilities: Alarm and security monitoring, water service, and trash collection. Use in excess of normal levels will be subject to additional fees.

• Common Area Insurance and Taxes: Property taxes and insurance for the clubhouse and common areas.
