From that canvas, owners can commission upgrades including bathrooms, custom workshops with indoor car storage, kitchenettes, and luxury mezzanines.
Members enjoy access to The Lux's exclusive clubhouse featuring a kitchenette, ADA-accessible bathrooms, lounge, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private conference room. The gated, secured facility is protected by cameras, RFID access control with real-time monitoring, and comprehensive perimeter lighting.
