The Lux is a private garage condominium community in Overland Park, Kansas. Each suite is a fully private garage, owned or leased by one person, inside a gated property with controlled entry and camera coverage.

Every suite at The Lux includes:

- Access to the two-story clubhouse, with a full kitchen and lounges, for every owner and tenant
Suites range from about 1,250 to 3,500 square feet. The largest are drive-through suites with doors at both ends, so there is no backing in a trailer or moving one car to reach another. Climate control, mezzanines and car lifts are available as upgrades on select suites.
